Our Guatemalan Decaf Coffee is grown in the Antigua district of the country at very high altitudes (5,000 – 6,000 feet) in rich, volcanic soil and is decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. This coffee is easily distinguishable by its heavy body and lively cup with subtle, smoky, and spicy overtones along with a superb, sweet finish. A cup of our Guatemalan coffee is for the experienced coffee drinker, not some newbie just getting into the game. If you’re here to mess around, you’re looking at the wrong coffee. But if you’re serious about what’s in your cup, and you can’t afford to be let down yet again by another boring cup of coffee, AND you don’t pair well with caffeine, then THIS is the coffee for you.
